Phone Calls and Advice

Our skilled nursing staff is available 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday.  Please be prepared to give the nurse the following information: your child's age, symptoms, temperature, length of illness, and primary care physician.  If the problem requires your doctor's attention, he or she will return your call at the earliest opportunity.  For non-emergent advice or information, call mid to late-morning or early to mid-afternoon Tuesday through Friday when our phone lines are less busy.

Telephone calls after hours are for urgent problems only.  Please leave a message on the voice mailbox stating your child's name, age, primary care physician, as well as your phone number, and a nurse will return your call.  For emergencies at night, a doctor can be reached in the same manner.  If you have not heard from us within one hour, please call the Physicians Priority Link at 513-636-2747.   NON-URGENT MATTERS SHOULD WAIT UNTIL OFFICE HOURS.
